• A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. If you would prefer to use a different payment method, you may do so at checkout.

• Deposits for esthetic services (50% of the service price) will be credited toward your total balance at checkout.

• For consultations, you will not be charged unless you proceed with a service or program during the appointment. However, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or failure to show may incur a fee in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policies.

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for all appointments. New patients should arrive 15 minutes early to complete necessary paperwork.​

• We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we cannot accommodate you, the following fees will apply:​

• Weight Loss, Hormone Therapy, IV Infusions: $50

• Esthetic Services: Forfeit deposit (50% of service).

• IM Injections: Cost of Service

• For excessively late arrivals, the appointment may be considered a no-show (see below).

• If you fail to cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice or are excessively late without notifying us, the following no-show fees will apply:

• Weight Loss, Hormone Therapy, IV Infusions: $50

• Esthetic Services: Forfeit deposit (50% of service).

• Botox, Dysport, Filler, etc.: $250

• IM Injections: Cost of Service

For multiple no-call/no-shows:

If you miss more than two appointments without proper notice, we may require a 50% deposit for future bookings to ensure fairness and availability for all clients.

We understand that life’s circumstances may sometimes prevent you from keeping your appointments. If you are unable to provide at least 24 hours’ notice, a fee will be charged to the card on file according to our cancellation policy.

We also recognize that genuine emergencies can happen. If an unforeseen emergency prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Circumstances are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we strive to handle these situations with understanding and compassion.

However, to ensure fairness for all clients and staff, repeated claims of emergencies may result in fees not being waived.
